This course is given live either in person or via a remote connection between our instructor and the trainee. It lasts from 4 to 6 hours and covers all the materials required under the Revised Code of Washington, the Washington Administrative Code, and the Department of Licensing. At the end of the session a practice exam is given. It is then carefully reviewed to make sure the trainee has a solid grasp of the materials.
In order to minimize interruptions this course is usually presented on a Saturday or a Sunday. A typical start time is 10 AM Pacific Time. The session must be set up in advance for a date and time agreeable to both you and the instructor.
This course does not teach the nuts and bolts of PI activities such as surveillance or skip tracing or specific interview techniques. Instead it concentrates on the following important core concepts as required by the Department of Licensing.
