I've been a mortgage broker for over 30 years. I now work mostly part time and I'm looking for a supplemental career that I would find interesting. I have some experience in police work from years ago, as well as experience in crimal case file reviews. At one time I was responible for reviewing and deciding to purge or retain thousands of old juvenile case files for the state of Washington DSHS.
One of my best friends is a long time public defender and said the need for defense investigators is high. After much research and meeting with the lead defense investigator for the Thurston County, WA public defenders office, I feel I would find the jog stimulating and probably be really good at it.
